It has been said that throughout the universe, every negative force has an opposite, positive force, well recognized in Chinese philosophy and metaphysics, for example, going back many centuries and known as Yin and Yang.

Well, that seems to be applicable in my case too. On the negative side I have this pesky, aggressive, prostate cancer, which I might add is giving very little untoward indication as such, and on the other, I have two gorgeous, caring ladies, each bending over backwards in their daily effort to ensure that I don’t stray off the path toward better health and a long life.

My darling wife for the past 47 years, a true angel if ever there was, monitors my every day activity: dishing up my vegan style meals, purchases my alternative health supplements, reviews new ones for suitability, produces raw vegetable and fruit juices several times a day and, ensures that I don’t climb mountains or go trekking in the Himalayas, which is what I feel like doing much of the time, my energy levels being very high indeed.

And then there is my thoughtful, caring, dedicated and very professional young lady from the Homeopathic world of alternative medicine. She really does go out of her way to ensure regular contact, monitoring and gauging my general well-being, ensuring that all symptoms present are addressed and any new symptom explored, understood, and ameliorated.

The cheerful, happy and caring disposition exhibited by each of ‘my ladies’ is a tonic in itself and goes a long way toward helping me maintain my positive attitude and outlook. Moreover, their selfless commitment gives me considerable psychological support in my determination to tackle my cancer in a non-conventional, non-surgical way.
