Beetroot Juice May Lower Blood Pressure

Now this one is of special interest to me. Here am I thinking that it is my prescription tablets keeping my blood pressure under control and all the time it may well have been the daily glass of beetroot juice in combination with other vegetables and fruits; carrots, celery and apples, etc.,. Whichever it is, prescription drugs or the juice, it is certainly working well on me. So well that I have been considering slowly coming off the prescription drugs and this item has given me the impetus to do just that, starting tomorrow. Hopefully, my daily combination of vegetable juice and Kakadu Juice will maintain my present, stabilized, blood pressure.
