Prostate Cancer Killing Regimen

My Own prostate Cancer Killing Regimen.

For what it is worth this is a rundown on my natural health supplements, herbs and diet regimen. It can vary slightly from day to day, of course, and even the basic formula can change over time. I try to stay with a ‘vegan’ type diet. I eat often – but little.

I work on the “suck and see” principle and for products and supplements prefer not to stay with any particular brand or type for more than 6 weeks at a time. Variety also helps overcome boredom caused by repetition. Every thirty days or so, I have a week-end off, when I take no supplements or herbs at all to let my lone kidney and liver adjust. With my ongoing research new possibilities arise all the time and this too will often encourage change.

I guess the most difficult aspect of all, in my researching of suitable treatments and products for chronic health problems especially cancer, is coming to grips with the conflicting studies published by disparate research entities world-wide. Trying to determine the credibility of each report is incredibly difficult, as is establishing who sponsored it. For every positive report one will find a negative one but often times, when I dig deep into the origins of a supposed independent, but negative, adverse report about a natural health product I find it has been funded by ‘Big Pharma’. Surprise! Surprise!

I digress! Sorry about that. So let’s now talk about my daily routine…

I do not take red meat or dairy foods: milk, butter, margarine, cheese, chocolate, etc.

I drink a minimum of 8 glasses of filtered water daily.

Green tea (no regular tea/coffee)

Lemon grass tea (home grown)

I take a 2km walk along the foreshore early morning and invariably repeat that in the late afternoon. A good exercise and the exposure to sunlight – minimum 10 minutes per day - is essential for vitamin D. Not that I have any problem getting that, living as I do in Queensland, Australia, where the weather is excellent one day - and perfect the next. Just a tad dry at present though as we are experiencing the worst drought in 100 years.

Breakfast consists of porridge, organic muesli or weet-bix; taken with oat milk or rice milk, and into which I add…

One tablespoon each of: Organic quinoa grain, together with a linseed, sunflower & Almond blend and, 8 Apricot kernels. I grind the seeds and kernels into powder form using a pestle & mortar. Other seed combinations can, of course, be used for variety.

I also add two tablespoons of Udo’s organic 3-6-9 oil blend.

Mid morning, I take a snack and organic fruit juice or papaya tea, with which I take supplements: - Lactobacillus Acidophilus, Coral calcium gold capsules,

I have recently stopped taking Co-Enzyme Q10, (150mg), vitamin C (1000mg, and Natural vitamin E (1000 iu),) for fear of a conflict with my prescription blood pressure tablets. I am looking into this.

I have recently added papaya (pawpaw) using raw fruit as well as the stems and leaves of young Papaya trees which I make into a tea and blend with green tea or lemon grass tea. I take a refreshing glass both morning and afternoon. The leaves and stems I shred; put into an earthenware pot and let simmer until reduced to half. When cool, I strain into a glass bottle.

From a health food shop, I have also purchased a bottle of Kambucha House Papaya 35, fermented pawpaw & botanical blend, available from: http://www.fermentedpapayaaustralia.com.au/Papaya35.html

A very good alternative is ‘Rochway’ Super Strength Papaya Extract. href="http://www.kambucha-house.com">www.kambucha-house.com
Coincidentally, both items would appear to be manufactured by the same entity.

I am mixing it with pineapple, either fresh or in juice form, to support the anti-cancer capabilities of the papaya working in unison with the apricot kernels. I understand that the pineapple removes the protective coating of prostate cancer cells, thereby allowing the papaya to attack the cell proper.

I am also drying out some Papaya seeds which I will make into a powder form and sprinkle on my food.

With my lunch, I take: Selenium Colloid and Colloidal Minerals – both in liquid form.

During the morning I have fresh, raw vegetables, and in the afternoon, fresh fruits, juiced in the blender.

Other regular food items of choice include:

Almonds, Apricots, Beans, Brown Rice, Dates, Lentils, Split Peas, Tofu, Apple Cider Vinegar, Tomato, Yoghurt, Beetroot, Broccoli, Rockmelon, Carrots, Celery, Garlic, Ginger, Mushrooms, Onions, Pumpkin, Red Capsicum and Zucchini, Alfalfa,

Other supplements I use: Chlorella, Wheatgrass, and Spirulina.

Today’s Quote:

“There is not one, but many cures for cancer available. But they are all being systematically suppressed by the ACS, the NCI and the major oncology centres. They have too much of an interest in the status quo.”–Dr Robert Atkins, M.D.
