No doubt the emptiness of the new left hand column will have a few of you bemused, if not confused. Well, hang in there - all will become clear in the next day or so.

I have changed this blog from two to three columns so that I can include essential natural health product sources together with other informative sites of interest.

I guess it’ll be a bit of trial and error whilst I test various sites before eventually bedding some of them down but whatever I do patch in, I hope it will improve the usefulness of the blog for you, my readers.
