How about I bring you up to date with my daily intake of anti-oxidants and the like in my fight with the big ‘C’.
I take most, if not all of the items listed below on a daily basis. Where products appear to be duplicated, or similar, such as the Bovine Cartilage and the Shark Cartilage I’ll take one or the other, not both.
Yes, taking all these tablets can be a bit of a grind, along with all the fruit and vegetable juices throughout the day but hey, if it works it will surely delay the inevitable outcome as predicted by the medical profession.
But I’m reckoning on more than that. I’m reckoning on the basis of my research to-date which shows very clearly that the so called big ‘C’ is beatable. We know it’s been beaten ‘holistically’ so many times before – so why not again.
